Personalized housewarming gifts
Their house, their people, their names.
They have candles and a cheese board already. Send us a photo of the new house and one of each of them, and we draw the family standing in front of their own front door.

What to put under the picture
The small, specific things work best. We use them for the line on the gift and for the song.
- The street name and the year they moved in
- “Est.” and the year, like a shop sign
- What they call the house
- The city they left to come here
- The names of everyone who lives there, pets too
What to write in the card
Short is fine. Borrow one of these.
May the walls know only good days.
New keys, same family.
We cannot wait to be invited over.
Every gift comes with a song written for them.
It is not printed on the picture. We send it by email: they tap the link and a song about them starts playing.
You hum in the kitchen before the sun comes up…
A sample line, written for a mom of three. Audio samples are added before launch.
Questions
What photo of the house do you need? One photo that shows the front of the house, taken from the street or the yard. A listing photo works if you have the right to use it.
Will the house look like their house? It is drawn from your photo, so its shape, colors and features carry over: the red door, the porch, the big tree. Cars, house numbers and passers-by are left out.
I do not have photos of the family. Can I still send it?We need one photo of each person, or one photo of them together, to draw them. You need their permission to use a photo of them, so the easy way is to ask a relative of theirs for one.
Is this a good closing gift from an agent?Yes. You already have the listing photo. Ask the buyers for one photo of the family and we draw them in front of the house they just bought.
Do I see it before it is printed?Yes. You see the finished design before you pay, and you can ask for a change for two hours after ordering.
