Privacy

You give us photos of people you love. This page says plainly what we do with them.

The short version

• Your photos are used to draw your picture and for nothing else. They are deleted from our storage within 30 days.
• We never draw a realistic face. Everyone is drawn from behind, unless you choose the front view, where faces are a few simple picture-book marks and not a likeness.
• We do not sell or share your information for advertising.
• Your card details go to our payment company and never reach us.
• Write to hello@loveallofus.com and we delete everything we hold about you.

What we collect

• Photos you upload, one for each person or pet, and a photo of a place if you add one. Your browser makes them smaller before sending, which also removes location data stored in the file.
• What you type: names, the family name, the line under the picture, the things you tell us about the person, your note to them, and any changes you make to the song's words.
• Order details: your email, the delivery name and address, and, if you ask us to send a card ahead, the recipient's email.
• What we make: the drawing, the print file, and the song.
• A little technical information: your internet address, turned into a code we cannot reverse, to limit how many drawings one visitor can ask for in a day.

Your browser also keeps your unfinished gift on your own device, so you do not lose it if you close the page. That copy never leaves your device and is cleared when you order.

Who sees it

We use other companies to do specific jobs. Each receives only what its job needs.

• An AI image service receives your photos and a description of the picture to draw. It does not receive names, emails or addresses.
• AI writing and music services receive the first names and the details you gave, to write and sing the song.
• Our printer receives the finished print file and the delivery name and address.
• Our payment company, Stripe, receives your payment details directly. We receive only confirmation that you paid.
• Our hosting company, Cloudflare, stores the files and sends our emails.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising. We do not use your photos, drawing or song to advertise the shop unless you tell us in writing that we may.

Faces and photos of children

The picture is drawn from behind unless you choose the front view. In the front view a face is two dots and a small smile, the same for everyone, and never a likeness of the person. We do not build face profiles, and we do not use your photos to identify anyone. The photos serve as a reference for hair, glasses or a beard, build, clothes and a pet's markings.

This shop is for adults. If you upload a photo of a child, you confirm you are their parent or guardian or have that person's permission. Photos of children are handled exactly as above and are never used in anything public.

How long we keep it

• Photos you upload: deleted automatically within 30 days.
• Drawings and songs you did not order: kept so you can come back to them, and deleted when you ask.
• Orders, with the drawing, print file and song: kept so we can reprint a damaged gift and answer questions, and for as long as tax and accounting rules require.

The person receiving the gift

If you give us their email, we use it to send them one card, and for nothing else. The page that card opens is private: it can be reached only through the link in that email.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@loveallofus.com from the email you ordered with. We answer within a few days. Deleting an order's files means we can no longer reprint it.

We send emails about your order only. We do not send marketing email.

Changes to this page

If what we do changes, we change this page and its date before the change takes effect.
