By making or ordering a gift here you agree to these terms. They are written to be read.

What we make

We make personalized gifts: a picture of your family drawn from your photos, printed on a canvas, blanket, mug or card, with a song and a private web page for the person you are giving it to. The drawing, the song's words and the song are made with AI. Names and other wording on the gift are set in type by us, exactly as you typed them.

You see the finished drawing before you pay. Colors on a printed gift, and especially on fabric, differ a little from a screen.

What we need from you

• You are 18 or older.
• The photos are yours to use, and the adults in them are happy to be drawn. For a child, you are their parent or guardian or have that person's permission.
• You check the names and wording before you order. We print what you typed.
• You do not ask us to draw or sing brands, characters from films or games, sports teams, famous people, or anything hateful, sexual or illegal. We may refuse a request, and we will tell you when we do.

Ordering and paying

Prices are in U.S. dollars and are shown before you pay. Payment is taken by Stripe when you order. We ship within the United States only.

We may cancel an order we cannot make, for example if the printer rejects the file or the address cannot be delivered to. If we do, you get a full refund.

Changes, problems and refunds

• For two hours after ordering you can ask us to change names, wording or the address.
• You can have a full refund any time before the order goes to print.
• If a gift arrives damaged, or is not what you approved, send us a photo. We reprint and reship it at no cost, or refund you if you prefer.
• Because each gift is made for one family, we cannot take returns after printing for any other reason.

Delivery

Printing takes 2 to 5 business days, then the carrier's delivery time. These are estimates, not promises. If a date matters, order early; holiday order-by dates are posted on the site when the printer publishes them.

What is yours and what is ours

Your photos and words stay yours. You give us permission to use them to make your gift, and for nothing else.

The drawing and the song we make for you are for you and the person you give them to: hang them, play them, share them with family and friends. They are for personal use, not for resale or advertising.

The site itself, its design and its name belong to us.

If something goes wrong

We will always try to put it right: a reprint, a new song, or your money back. Beyond that, to the extent the law allows, our responsibility to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not responsible for indirect losses such as a gift arriving after an occasion.

Nothing here takes away rights the law gives you as a consumer.
