How we use AI

Made with AI

• The song: lyrics and music are generated from the details you give us.
• The line on the gift: drafted from the same details. You can rewrite it.
• Family portraits: drawn from one photo of each person and pet, or one photo of everyone together. They are seen from behind with no faces, or, if you choose, facing us with simple picture-book faces that are not a likeness. You see the drawing before paying.
• Pet portraits: illustrated from your photo. You see the portrait before paying.

Not made with AI

• Photo canvases. We print your photo as it is.
• Names. They are set in type by us, never drawn by AI, so the spelling is what you typed.
• Reviews. We do not write them, and we do not show any until real customers leave them.

Your photos and details

They are stored privately and used only to make your gift. Photos you upload for a portrait are sent to the AI service that draws it and are deleted from our storage within 30 days. Photos of children are never used in anything public. You can ask us to delete everything at any time.
