Shipping and returns

Shipping

Every gift is printed to order in the United States. Printing takes 2 to 5 business days, then the package ships. We email you the tracking number when it leaves.

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping is $4.99, and free on orders over $50. A keepsake card ordered on its own is mailed with postage included.

Changes

You can ask for a change to names, wording or the address for two hours after ordering. After that the order goes to print.

Damaged or wrong

Send us a photo. We reprint it and ship it again at no cost. You do not need to send anything back.

Refunds

A full refund any time before the order prints. Because each gift is made for one person, we cannot take returns after printing unless something is wrong with it.
