Do I see it before it is printed?Yes. You see the finished design before you pay, and you can ask for a change for two hours after ordering.
Can pets be included?Yes. Add them like anyone else. The name is Love, All of Us for a reason.
Do I need an account?No.
Delivery
How long does it take?Printing takes 2 to 5 business days, then shipping within the U.S. Holiday order-by dates are posted at the top of the site.
What if it arrives damaged?Send us a photo and we reprint it. You do not need to return anything.
Can I get a refund?In full, any time before it prints. After printing, only if something is wrong with it.
The song
How is the song made?With AI, from the details you give us. It is included with every gift.
How do they hear it?They tap the link we email. No app and no account.
Who else can hear it?Only people with the link. The page is not listed anywhere.
Photos and privacy
Who can see the photos I upload?They are stored privately and used only to make your gift. Portrait photos are sent to the AI service that draws them, and are deleted from our storage within 30 days.
Do you redraw faces?No. Family portraits are drawn with AI from your photos, seen from behind, so no face is drawn at all. If you choose the front view instead, each face is a few simple picture-book marks, dots for eyes and a small smile, and never a likeness. A photo canvas prints your photo as it is.
