How the portrait is made

It is drawn with AI from one photo of each person and pet. They are drawn from behind, so it is their hair, build, clothes and markings that make it yours. If you would rather see them facing you, choose the front view: faces are kept to a few simple picture-book marks, never a likeness. Names are set in type, so the spelling is exactly what you typed.

When it arrives

A card on their phone the day you order. The canvas is printed in 2 to 5 business days, then shipped.

If something is wrong

Ask for a change within two hours of ordering. If it arrives damaged, we reprint it. You do not send anything back.

About this gift

How many people and pets fit?Up to six, people and pets together. They stand in the order you add them, left to right.
Can I choose what the picture looks like?You choose which picture it is: the whole family, all of you at your own home, the grandkids in a row, a person and their pet, a family with someone you miss, or Christmas. You can change the setting, add a photo of your own place, and add a line under the names. The drawing style stays the same so it prints well.
Can someone who has died be in it?Yes. Add them like anyone else, with a photo you love. They are drawn standing with everyone, the same way as the rest of the family.
What do you need from me?Each name and one photo of each person or pet, or one photo with everyone in it. A full-body photo in their usual clothes works best. The drawing takes a minute or two and you see it before paying.
Where is the song?Not on the picture. We send the song by email, to you and, if you like, to them.
Do I see it before it is printed?Yes. You see the finished design before you pay, and you can ask for a change for two hours after ordering.
