How the picture is made
It is drawn with AI from one photo of each person and pet, seen from behind with no faces, or facing you with simple picture-book faces if you choose. Names are set in type by us.
The mug
Glossy white ceramic, dishwasher and microwave safe. The picture is printed on both sides, with the family name under it, so it shows whichever hand holds it.
When it arrives
Printed in 2 to 5 business days, then 4 to 6 days in the mail.
If something is wrong
Ask for a change within two hours of ordering. If it arrives broken, send us a photo and we send a new one.
About this gift
How many people and pets fit?Up to six, but on a mug four or fewer look best: the picture is about three inches tall.
